How much do you charge landlords?
Our Full Management service is a £195 marketing fee plus 10% commission + VAT, and we only charge once your property is let. Optional extras include inventory reports from £100 + VAT and inspection reports from £30 + VAT.
Can you take over my property from another letting agent?
Yes. Many of our landlords have switched to us from other agents. We handle the switch-over with your current agent on your behalf, so you don’t have to.
Do you look after safety and compliance?
Yes. We use a legally compliant Scottish Private Residential Tenancy, and we send compliance reminders for EICRs, gas safety and smoke and heat alarms. Our team is LETWELL-qualified. Private landlords in Scotland must also be registered with their local council, which is Glasgow City Council for Southside properties.
